Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and team-oriented Server Assistant to join our team at Il Caminetto, a renowned restaurant in Whistler's Village. As a Server Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting our restaurant team in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist servers in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience
- Support the restaurant team in maintaining a clean and organized environment
- Participate in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Develop a keen understanding of our regionally focused menu and be able to make recommendations to guests
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must have Canadian citizenship, permanent resident status, CIS, or a valid work permit. You should also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a passion for food and hospitality.
