About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Server Assistant to join our dynamic team at Four Seasons Resort & Residences Whistler. As a Server Assistant, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of memorable.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anticipate and meet the needs of our guests, ensuring their dining experience is seamless and enjoyable.
- Assist in the timing and organization of food orders at the kitchen line, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Support the Server team by delivering food and beverages, refilling drinks, clearing tables, and resetting.
- Set all tables according to standards, ensuring a visually appealing and inviting atmosphere.
- Have a thorough understanding of our menu and be able to describe food items to guests, as well as answer any questions they may have.
- Monitor overall restaurant cleanliness and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years' experience in food and beverage, preferably in a fine-dining environment.
- Solid knowledge of food and beverage products, including wine.
- Strong command of the English language.
- Excellent commitment to service and teamwork.
- Ability to obtain a Serving It Right certificate.
- Ability to work in Canada.
