Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse PFT

Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Good Samaritan Society. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents, working in a team environment to ensure their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform safe, quality resident care and assignments, including delivery and reporting of activities of daily living and other duties as required.
Use initiative and good judgment to carry out a variety of nursing duties, as assigned by the Care Manager or designate.
Provide high-quality care for residents with multiple complex needs in a high-stress environment.
Communicate effectively in both written and verbal English.

Requirements:
A current and clear Criminal Records Check Form and Clearance Letter prior to the hire date.
A tuberculosis screening that has been completed no more than 12 months prior to the hire date.
COVID-19 Immunization: Proof of full immunization against COVID-19.
