Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Good Samaritan Village in Penticton, BC. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide high-quality care to our residents, working in a dynamic and supportive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide safe and quality resident care
* Perform a variety of nursing duties, as assigned by the Care Manager or designate
* Use initiative and good judgment to carry out assignments
* Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare teams
Requirements:
* Current registration to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse
* Current CPR/First Aid certification
* Dementia care training an asset
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively in English
* Positive approach to teamwork
