About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Fastener Assembly Specialist to join our team at Laboratoire Pierre Marchildon. As a key member of our footwear manufacturing department, you will be responsible for assembling and fabricating shoe parts using various materials and techniques.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Fabrication: Assemble and fabricate shoe parts and components using rawhide and other materials.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all assembled parts meet quality standards and are free from defects.
  • Efficiency and Productivity: Meet production deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity while working in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements
  • Education: Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English, Middle (1100-1500).
Work Environment
  • Relocation: Willing to relocate for this position.
  • Work Setting: Footwear manufacturer.
