Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Signature Liquor. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, preparing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is well-organized and equipped with necessary supplies, and maintain a high level of customer service.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
