Cashier/Receptionist

At River Park Gardens, we are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Cashier/Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our administrative staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling cash transactions, and maintaining accurate records.
Key Responsibilities:- Process cash transactions, including deposits and withdrawals, with accuracy and efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and staff, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including cash ledgers and banking information.
- Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and supply management.
- Work collaboratively with the Director of Care and other staff members to ensure seamless operations.
- One year's experience working with cash and processing bank deposits using a computerized account receivable system.
- Experience in performing general clerical duties, including data entry, filing, and supply management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Basic accounting skills and knowledge of financial coding systems.
This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask. The successful candidate will be required to work extended hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
