About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Instructional Designer to join our team at CB Canada. As an Instructional Designer, you will be responsible for creating engaging eLearning modules and user-friendly WordPress portals to support employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and develop eLearning modules using Articulate 360
  • Collaborate with supervisors to build engaging content
  • Develop user-friendly WordPress portals for employee access
  • Work with a dynamic team to foster a thriving learning environment
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an Instructional Designer with eLearning module samples
  • Strong skills with Articulate 360 and WordPress
  • Comfort with Adult Learning Methodologies
  • Ability to work remotely with occasional in-office visits
About You

You have a passion for learning and development, with experience in creating onboarding training for sales-focused organizations. You possess strong skills with Articulate 360 and follow Adult Learning Methodologies. You are comfortable working with WordPress and enjoy setting up user-friendly sites.
