Job Title: Learning Experience Architect

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning Experience Architect to join our team at D2L. As a Learning Experience Architect, you will play a key role in shaping the overall learning experience for our clients, focusing on user experience, interface design, and the overall environment where learning occurs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement learning strategies that align with client goals and objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop learning experiences that meet client needs
  • Conduct needs analyses to identify client requirements and develop solutions that meet those needs
  • Design and develop learning content, including interactive learning experiences and multimedia elements
  • Work with clients to understand their vision, goals, and expectations and ensure that learning experiences meet those needs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in learning experience design

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in user experience design and/or developing learning solutions
  • Proven track record of delivering high-quality learning experiences that meet client needs
  • Strong understanding of instructional design principles and practices, including the ADDIE model and adult learning principles
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to design and develop learning experiences
  • Strong communication and project management skills
