First National Financial is a leading non-bank lender, and we're seeking an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Commercial Financing team.

About the Role

As a Senior Analyst, you'll contribute to the production and development of our commercial mortgage portfolio by analyzing financial documents and ensuring compliance with internal policies.

  • Analyze financial data on commercial properties to determine loan sizes, terms, conditions, and pricing.
  • Review third-party reports to ensure compliance with investor requirements.
  • Prepare loan summaries, including financial analysis and credit documents, to support loan approval processes.

With a strong understanding of commercial real estate lending, you'll be responsible for:

  • Developing and analyzing construction/development pro-formas.
  • Maintaining ongoing construction loan draws and cross-referencing budgets.
  • Assisting in the training and mentorship of other team members.
Your Background

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial real estate lending.
  • A degree in finance or a related field, such as an MBA.
  • Advanced PC skills, with proficiency in Word and Excel.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
