We are seeking a highly skilled Drilling and Workover Supervisor to join our team in the Drilling & Workover department. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and overseeing the operations of contract drilling or workover rigs working for us engaged in carrying out programmed work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and oversee the operations of contract drilling or workover rigs.
  • Ensure that the contractor meets all requirements of his contract.
  • Work with Drilling and Workover engineers to ensure modern drilling practices are followed.
  • Approve contractor's daily tour report.
  • Ensure that contractor rig and equipment are properly maintained to avoid downtime.
  • Ensure that our blowout prevention standards are met in all respects including equipment configuration, testing, and crew response.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering.
  • 7 years of experience working in drilling and workover operations including adequate supervisory experience on a drilling or workover rig.
