About the Role
CarePartners is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Personal Support Worker to join our team in the Hanover and surrounding area. As a PSW, you will play a vital role in delivering quality healthcare to patients in their homes and community settings.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities, such as personal care, household tasks, and medication management.
- Provide cognitive, social, and emotional support to patients.
- Prepare nutritious meals and snacks, adhering to special diets as determined by the care plan.
- Ensure a safe environment by demonstrating proper body mechanics, transfer techniques, and home safety.

Benefits and Incentives
New Ontario PSW grads may be eligible for a $10,000 bonus, payable at 6 months and 12 months, in exchange for a commitment to work with us in a Full-Time position for 12 months. Additionally, relocation bonuses may be available for those relocating to rural, remote, or northern areas.
Requirements
- A valid driver's license and vehicle.
- A valid certificate as a Personal Support Worker, Internationally Trained Nurse, Health Care Aid, Developmental Support Worker, Home Support Worker, or enrollment in a Nursing program.
- Current vulnerable sector check screening and a clear background check.
