Pharmacy Manager RoleAs a Pharmacy Manager at Rexall, you'll be responsible for ensuring excellence in patient care, customer service, and operational efficiency. Your key responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:- Providing clinical services and leading a team of professionals
- Managing inventory and dispensing prescriptions accurately
- Maintaining compliance with pharmacy regulations and Rexall policies
- Engaging with patients to provide medication counseling and positive interactions
- Licensed Pharmacist in the Province of Ontario
- Strong clinical knowledge and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a fast-paced team
- Commitment to professional standards and regulatory compliance
