About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Clerk to join our team at 4361903 Nova Scotia Limited. Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
  • Tax Preparation: Prepare and submit tax returns, including corporate and personal tax returns.
  • Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Requirements
  • Education: College or CEGEP diploma in Accounting or related field.
  • Experience: 1-2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
  • Skills: Proficient in accounting software, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
