Accounting Clerk

We are seeking a skilled Accounting Clerk to join our team at Nova Scotia Limited. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, preparing cheques for payroll, and reconciling accounts.
The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting, with a strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for maintaining general ledgers and financial statements, posting journal entries, and preparing tax returns.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
- Prepare cheques for payroll and reconcile accounts

- Provide support for newcomers and refugees with foreign credential recognition
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
