Restaurant Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at SAFFRON TOUCH INDIAN RESTAURANT LTD. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Budgeting and Cost Control: Develop and manage budgets to determine food, ingredient, and supply costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Operations Management: Evaluate and modify food preparation methods, menu prices, and daily operations to meet business objectives.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring excellent customer service and high-quality food preparation.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints, provide exceptional service, and ensure a positive dining experience.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring timely ordering and minimizing waste.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales growth and increase customer loyalty.
Requirements:
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or equivalent non-university certificate or diploma.
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
