Maritime Demolition & Environmental Services is seeking a skilled Demolition Equipment Operator to join our team. As a key member of our demolition crew, you will be responsible for safely operating heavy machinery to demolish buildings and remove debris. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating heavy machinery such as trampers, sledgehammers, and reciprocating saws
  • Removing rubble and other debris from construction sites
  • Loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials
  • Assisting in demolishing buildings and cleaning up the site

Requirements

  • Provincial/Territorial Asbestos Hazards Certification
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • Fall Arrest Protection Training Course
  • Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification
  • Asbestos abatement training
  • Personal protective equipment (PPE) training
