Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Northern Spice Pizza & Donair INC. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand.
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of kitchen staff, ensuring seamless food preparation and service.
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize costs.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control, ensuring that all food and beverages meet our company's standards.
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Prepare and submit accurate reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
