Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Northern Spice Pizza & Donair INC.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service department, ensuring that high-quality food and exceptional customer service are consistently delivered.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain efficient work schedules to meet business needs
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food preparation staff, ensuring timely and accurate food preparation and presentation
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory to minimize waste and optimize profitability
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer experience
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain accurate records and reports
Work Environment:

This is a permanent, full-time position working 40 hours per week. The language of work is English.
