Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Food Counter Attendant to join our team at TBC NORTH FOOD SERVICES INC. DBA TIM HORTONS RESTAURANT. As a Food Counter Attendant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean and organized workspace, and ensuring a smooth dining experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and handling customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace by cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and work areas, as well as restocking supplies as needed.
  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet customer demands.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a positive team environment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the restaurant.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in a food service environment an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks.
