About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Civil/Municipal Project Manager to join our team at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited. As a key member of our Civil Engineering group, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to municipal infrastructure, including transportation, water, and sewer design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Collaborate with our experienced team of engineers, technologists, and support staff to develop innovative solutions for municipal infrastructure projects.
  • Guide and mentor junior and intermediate staff, providing guidance and support to ensure their success.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their expectations are met and exceeded.
  • Lead the development of competitive proposals to secure new assignments and grow our business.
