About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Civil/Municipal Project Manager to join our team at J.L. Richards & Associates Limited. As a key member of our Civil Engineering group, you will be responsible for leading and managing projects related to municipal infrastructure, including transportation, water, and sewer design.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage multi-disciplinary project teams to develop solutions for municipal infrastructure projects
  • Guide and mentor junior and intermediate staff to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their expectations are met
  • Lead the development of competitive proposals to secure new projects
