As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the entire accounts payable process, from receiving and processing invoices to making payments and reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities:- Full cycle accounts payable, including receiving, processing, and paying invoices
- Reviewing, coding, and processing invoices in a timely and accurate manner
- Preparing and processing cheques, wire, and EFT payments
- Identifying and resolving any invoice or payment discrepancies
- Providing excellent customer service to vendors via email and telephone
- Processing staff expenses and performing month-end reconciliations
- Preparing reports as required by internal and external staff
- Supervising and mentoring staff when required for managerial positions
- Previous experience in accounts payable
- Quick learner with the ability to work to tight deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-spirited and able to work independently
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
