Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team at Marmalade Recruitment & Resources Inc. As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of accounts payable, including reviewing, coding, and processing invoices, preparing and processing cheques, wire, and EFT payments, and identifying and resolving any invoice or payment discrepancies. Additionally, you will be required to answer vendor queries via email and telephone, process staff expenses, and perform month-end reconciliations. If you have a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities
  • Full cycle accounts payable, including reviewing, coding, and processing invoices.
  • Preparing and processing cheques, wire, and EFT payments.
  • Identifying and resolving any invoice or payment discrepancies.
  • Answering vendor queries via email and telephone.
  • Processing staff expenses.
  • Performing month-end reconciliations.
  • Preparing reports as required by internal and external staff.
  • Supervising and mentoring staff when required for managerial positions.
