We are seeking a highly skilled Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at LIQUOR AROMA. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring that sales goals are met and customer satisfaction is consistently high.

Responsibilities:
  • Team Management: Assign sales workers to duties, supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers, and establish work schedules to ensure seamless store operations.
  • Merchandising and Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory levels, authorize return of merchandise, and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters.
  • Customer Service: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages, ensuring that customers receive excellent service and support.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in retail management or a related field
Compensation and Benefits:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on your experience and qualifications. In addition to your base salary, you will also be eligible for bonus opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package.
