Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Sales Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and interacting with our customers, distribution, and brokerage partners to drive sales growth and achieve annual budget and growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain relationships with customers, distribution, and brokerage partners to drive sales growth and achieve annual budget and growth targets.
  • Complete and maintain sales reports and sales information requests for monthly tracking requirements.
  • Maintain and update customer pricing/promotional/new item setup forms.
  • Assist in tradeshow management/coordination.
  • Coordinate forecast information with customers and internal supply chain.
  • Build and develop great relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Deliver and accountable to annual budget and growth targets by customer.
  • Develop strategic account business and promotional plan by customer.
  • Identify opportunities within the market to increase distribution.
  • Monthly SOP, forecasting by customer and collaborating with Supply Chain.
  • P&L, trade spend and deduction management by customer and collaborating with Finance.
Requirements
  • 5-7 years experience in CPG, preference for within bakery or deli Canadian & USA.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Strong leadership, organizational & management skills.
  • Ability to travel to customer/distributor/retail tradeshows.
  • Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced work environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint.
  • Experience with Article Workflow, Retail Link, vendor portals is considered an asset.
