Job Title: Human Resources Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Human Resources Officer to join our team at Knight Signs. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for providing strategic support to our management team and ensuring the effective implementation of our HR policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and analyze staffing requirements to ensure the right talent is in place to drive business success.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Provide exceptional employee experience through proactive communication, training, and development opportunities.
  • Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, performance management, and termination processes.
  • Administer benefits, compensation, and time-off programs to ensure compliance with company policies and external regulations.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement HR-related projects and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with changing employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and minimize risk.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
