Responsibilities

  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to increase productivity and efficiency.
  • Analyze existing procedures and processes to identify opportunities for streamlining and cost savings.
  • Research and implement new technologies and software platforms to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Provide leadership and expertise in CRM (New Star and Hubspot) support, training personnel on optimal tool usage.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement project management plans to drive recommended improvements.

About You

  • You have a strong background in information technology and accreditation or similar education.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience related to New Home Construction, with previous experience using and administering CRM systems.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle.
  • Satisfactory verification of criminal record check.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Programs (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, SharePoint and PowerPoint).
  • Previous experience working with various software (Hubspot, Autodesk, Construction Cloud, Smart Sheet or similar) and industry platforms.
