Key Responsibilities:

  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a team of staff to provide excellent customer service and achieve hotel targets.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all guests receive a high level of service, responding to their needs and resolving any issues promptly.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy and revenue, including negotiating with suppliers and clients.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor revenues and expenses, and ensure that the hotel operates within financial targets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
