Job Title: Assistant Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Hotel Manager to join our team at Travelodge Golden. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and that our hotel runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth operation of the hotel, including staff supervision, performance reviews, and budget management.
  • Staff Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of hotel staff, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance personnel.
  • Guest Services: Ensure that all guests receive exceptional service, including responding to guest complaints and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing plans to increase hotel occupancy and revenue, including social media marketing, email marketing, and partnerships with local businesses.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and manage the hotel's budget, including forecasting revenue and expenses, and making recommendations for cost savings and revenue growth.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hotel management role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of staff. Proficient in hotel management software and systems, including property management systems and point-of-sale systems.
