Hotel Managing Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Managing Supervisor to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Woodstock South. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel, providing exceptional customer service, and leading a team of staff to achieve our goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Service: Assist clients/guests with special needs, ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.
  • Team Leadership: Co-ordinate, assign, and review work, hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
  • Operations: Maintain operation of computer systems, equipment, machinery, and arrange repair work to ensure business continuity and customer service delivery.
  • Supply Management: Requisition materials and supplies as needed.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a similar role.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
