Key Responsibilities:- Welcome and assess donors for suitability in plasma/blood programs, ensuring a positive experience for each donor.
- Assist with product processing, maintaining inventory and completing accurate documentation.
- Maintain a positive company image through professional behavior and appearance, providing prompt and friendly customer service.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Current CPR card.
- Phlebotomy experience an asset.
