Job Title: Sales Associate Sunglass Hut
Job Summary:
Sunglass Hut is a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses with over 1600 retail stores across North America. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in the success of our team by providing an authentic, fun, and energetic experience to all customers while helping them find premium quality eyewear.
Key Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives through cultivating new and existing customer relationships, building brand loyalty, and providing exceptional customer service.
- Confidently provide a personalized and unique shopping experience, resulting in customer satisfaction, and actively participate in a positive store environment.
- Take pride in the appearance of the store, keep displays and inventory clean, attractive, and organized, and secure all company assets under your control.
- Help foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect and promoting a positive work environment.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Embrace new technology and change with a high level of accuracy
- Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
- Self-Motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task and respond flexibly in a quickly changing environment
