Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.
- Meet or exceed sales targets, consistently delivering results through effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays, maintaining a visually appealing store environment.
- Contribute to a positive and inclusive store culture, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to work in a team environment.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
