Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales, and maintaining a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional customer experience through personalized service and product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and product recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including displays and inventory.
- Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to drive sales and engagement.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and support store operations.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Self-motivated and results-driven with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods.
