Description du poste :
En tant que Bénéficiaire du Développement Commercial, vous serez chargé de promouvoir et de recommander les derniers produits et services aux clients dans nos files d'attente de ventes inbound et outbound.
Voici quelques-unes de vos responsabilités clés :
- Promouvoir et recommander les derniers produits et services aux clients
- Répondre aux besoins des clients et s'assurer de leur satisfaction
- Prévenir les problèmes potentiels et trouver des solutions
- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les autres départements
- Mettre en œuvre des stratégies de vente efficaces pour atteindre nos objectifs de vente

- Excellentes compétences de communication et de négociation
- Know-how du domaine de la vente et des techniques de vente
- Aptitude à travailler en équipe et à collaborer avec les autres départements
- Flexibilité et capacité à adapter ses plans d'action
- Connaissance approfondie des produits et services offerts
