Job Title: Technical Analyst

Farm Credit Canada (FCC) is seeking a Technical Analyst to join our team. As a Technical Analyst, you will be responsible for directly resolving customer issues by following best practices. This role is accountable for updating troubleshooting documentation as part of our knowledge base and utilizing this documentation in providing support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve customer issues through various communication channels
  • Update troubleshooting documentation in our knowledge base
  • Utilize knowledge base documentation to provide support
Requirements:
  • Knowledge of computer systems, analysis techniques, and ITIL processes
  • Good communication and time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability and willingness to learn new tools
  • Dependable and reliable
  • Familiarity with updating and using a knowledge base
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bilingual (English and French)
Work Environment:

This role is a member of the IT service desk and a major part of a typical workday will be resolving incidents over various communication channels.
