Job Title: Technical Support Specialist

KAYA TECHNOLOGIES LTD. is seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to users experiencing difficulties with computer systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to user inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, or in-person.
  • Consult technical manuals, guides, and other resources to research and implement solutions to user issues.
  • Provide training and guidance to users on how to use computer systems and software.
  • Collect and maintain a log of problems and solutions for future reference.
  • Participate in the redesign of applications and software to improve user experience.
  • Supervise and mentor junior technical support staff.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and networking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
