About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Café Manager to join our team at 639583 NB Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our café, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of quality in our food and beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, ensuring that all customers receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Team Management: Supervise and train a team of staff to ensure that they are equipped to provide exceptional service and maintain high standards of quality.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have sufficient stock to meet customer demand.
  • Financial Management: Manage the café's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Promotion: Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.

The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and maintaining high standards of quality. The café is a busy and dynamic workplace, with a team of staff who are passionate about delivering excellent service.
