Key Responsibilities

  • Procure food and kitchen supplies in a timely manner to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • SUPERVISE AND COORDINATE ACTIVITIES OF STAFF who prepare and portion food to exacting standards.
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols to ensure compliance and employee well-being.
  • SELECT AND HIRE qualified food service staff who embody our brand values.
  • Maintain high standards of quality control by regularly inspecting food and service.
  • Prepare accurate budgets and cost estimates to optimize resource allocation.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Track and maintain detailed records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform business decisions.
  • Submit comprehensive reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

This is a permanent position requiring a 35-hour workweek. The ideal candidate must possess excellent leadership skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of culinary genres and menu items is essential.

Salary Information
