Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Spa Supervisor to join our team at Soothing Harmony Healing Spa. As a key member of our spa team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our spa services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination
    • Schedule work for spa staff to ensure efficient use of resources
    • Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed
  • Emergency Response
    • Be the point of contact for emergency situations
  • Reporting and Supervision
    • Prepare and submit progress reports
    • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of spa staff
    • Establish work schedules and procedures
Supervision

You will be responsible for supervising a team of 1-10 spa staff members.

Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking in a fast-paced environment. You must be able to work under pressure and have excellent communication skills.

Personal Suitability

We are looking for a candidate with excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach. You must be a team player with strong judgement and reliability.

Work Environment

This is a permanent position with a 30-40 hour workweek. The work language is English.
