About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our team at Side by Side ABA Therapy in Scarborough. As an OT, you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (or other developmental disabilities) and their families, delivering evidence-based interventions in the children's home.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments in a home setting using standardized tools to identify presenting impairments or diagnoses.
  • Develop treatment plans based on evidence-based information, best practice guidelines, and clinical expertise.
  • Engage clients, families, and caregivers to address client-centered goals.
  • Provide coaching to clients and families to support goal attainment.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of interventions and client progress.
  • Deliver evidence-based assessments and interventions using SMART goals.
Requirements
  • Experience working with children and teens diagnosed with Autism.
  • Current registration with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario.
  • Proof of professional liability insurance.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • ADP authorizer status is an asset.
