About the Role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Resources team as a Contract - Sr. HR Generalist. The ideal candidate is a high-capacity, results-oriented, Sr. HR Generalist with a desire to be part of a dynamic change-oriented team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Division success by assisting Managers with setting performance goals, facilitating performance evaluations, and identifying performance issues.
  • Main point of contact for employee and manager relations, ensuring prompt and fair resolution of issues.
  • Oversee absence management, leaves, and accommodation requests.
  • Full-cycle talent acquisition, including developing and maintaining a robust talent pipeline and conducting exit interviews.
  • Lead interviews using various techniques to find the best candidates.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities.
  • Work closely with HR leadership to identify unique needs and challenges of the division, ensuring tailored HR policies.
  • Provide support and clarification to managers and employees on HR policies and practices.
  • Design and deliver training programs to educate managers and employees on HR policies and compliance.
  • Assist in the development and execution of change management strategies.
Requirements
  • Postsecondary degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent education.
  • 5 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Knowledge of company policies, procedures, and documentation.
  • Computer proficiency with Word, Excel, and ability to learn new technology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • Organizational skills.
