Job Description

This is a 12-month contract role that will require the successful candidate to oversee and govern the global ethics hotline and program. The ideal candidate will also serve as the project lead responsible for managing the P&C policy review project and support other projects as required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Four Seasons' global ethics hotline and ensure its effectiveness.
  • Manage the intake, triage, and escalation process and assign complaints to lead reviewers.
  • Ensure subject matter experts are engaged in investigations which are completed timely, thoroughly, and consistently.
  • Prepare regular reports on ethics hotline activity and trends for Senior Leaders and the Board of Directors.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in conducting investigations and handling sensitive issues with discretion and integrity. Prior human resources business partner work experience is an asset. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is also essential.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is between $90,000 to $110,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role will be a Hybrid working model, which will require 3 days per week in the Four Seasons Corporate Office located at Toronto, Ontario.
