Job Title: Industrial Millwright

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Millwright to join our maintenance team at a leading food manufacturing company in Concord. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and installing high-speed filling machines, as well as performing preventative maintenance and regular work orders.

Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair high-speed filling machines with a working knowledge of electrical systems
  • Perform preventative maintenance and regular work orders, including inventory and labor tracking
  • Inspect boiler daily for salt and chemical levels
  • Ensure coders are in good working order
  • Assist production lines with changeovers and set-ups
  • Identify and report hazards, and fulfill all Health & Safety, WHMIS, MSDS, and GMP policy requirements
Qualifications:
  • Licensed Millwright (433a) certification
  • Strong knowledge of electronic controls, pneumatics, and hydraulics, with hands-on experience with high-speed filling machines
  • Superior knowledge of packaging line set-up, adjustment, and maintenance
  • Licensed as an industrial millwright, machinist, or welding fabrication
  • Boiler experience an asset
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet strict deadlines
  • Physically able to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
