We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to oversee our food preparation and service operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing efficient work schedules, supervising staff, and ensuring the highest quality of food and service.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective work schedules to meet business demands
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food
  • Train staff on job duties, sanitation procedures, and safety protocols
  • Estimate and manage food and supply inventory
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
