Job Title: Culinary Support Specialist

About the Job:
This role involves assisting with various tasks in a fast-paced kitchen environment, requiring physical effort and heavy lifting. The ideal candidate should be able to work efficiently, have good interpersonal skills, and be reliable.

Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas, including equipment and storage spaces.
• Operate dishwashers and manually wash, sanitize, and store dishes and utensils.
• Prepare, heat, and finish simple food items, involving washing and cutting vegetables and fruits.
• Stock refrigerators and salad bars, handle cleaning products, and receive, unpack, and store supplies.
• Remove kitchen garbage and trash, sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors.

Work Environment:
• Fast-paced environment with heavy lifting requirements (up to 20 lbs).
• Physically demanding position with repetitive tasks.

Personal Qualities:
• Efficient communication skills.
• Ability to work reliably as part of a team.

Employment Details:
• Language: English.
• Work term: Permanent.
• Working hours: 35 hours per week.

Estimated Salary: $25-$30 per hour (based on location and industry standards), leading to an estimated annual salary of $52,000 - $62,400.
