About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at Freshii. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Restock condiments and supplies as needed.
    • Package take-out food and ensure it is ready for customers.
  • Cash Handling and Customer Service
    • Operate a cash register and process customer transactions accurately.
    • Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer inquiries and concerns.
  • Teamwork and Communication
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a smooth and efficient service.
    • Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to resolve any issues or concerns.
  • Sanitation and Safety
    • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by adhering to health and safety standards.
    • Report any hazards or incidents to management promptly.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with cash handling.
