About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Food Service Team Member to join our team at 2224 Restaurants Ltd. As a key member of our dining room staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Food Preparation and Service
    • Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Ensure that all food and beverages are presented in a clean and attractive manner.
  • Table Setting and Maintenance
    • Set tables with linens, silverware, and glassware.
    • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs after each use.
  • Inventory and Stock Management
    • Restock food and beverage supplies as needed.
    • Monitor inventory levels and report any discrepancies to management.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
    • Resolve customer complaints in a fair and courteous manner.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • Will train on the job.
  • Work Environment and Physical Demands
    • Fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
    • Standing for extended periods.
    • Work under pressure to meet customer demands.
