Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Specialist to join our team at Cadillac Fairview. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our employees and culture, and will be responsible for providing recruitment support to our internal client groups.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide recruitment support to internal client groups, including job postings, candidate sourcing, and interview coordination.
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent and meet business needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating job postings, screening resumes, and conducting interviews.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job boards.
  • Provide support for employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including creating welcome packages and conducting exit interviews.
  • Conduct analysis and reporting on recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire and source of hire.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
Requirements
  • Post-secondary education in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in recruitment or human resources, including experience in full-cycle recruitment.
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Fluency in English and French.
